I am here to help people in ways that I feel passionate about. My list of credentials is varied for sure, but the common thread among them: to serve.
I really believe in this little eclectic collection of careers and I’m certain I will continue to add to the list.
In my heart of hearts, I believe there is not a diagnosis, delay or disorder in existence that cannot be helped considerably with a truly customized, completely individualized nutritional healing approach.
I don’t guess. I test. I won’t go chasing symptoms. I try to get as close to the root cause as I can. To me, everything has a deeper meaning. I want to customize and program and plan for you based upon your unique and personal biochemical AND energetic blueprint. I have the training and ability to do just that, just for you!
HI-END means Health Integrity through Empowerment in Nutritional Diagnostics. Whatever your situation, I want you to feel empowered about your health and your self.
I am drawn toward a more holistic approach to healing but the lab results and test results speak for themselves and I promise to honor and respect your beliefs and boundaries, should we journey toward your health and healing together at any point.
I consider myself a work in progress and a health promotion and wellness/ healing presence.
I have always had a goal of 5’2”. I’ve found the only way to master that one is in 4” heels! (I always find a way!)
I love it at the gym. Crazy as that sounds, there is no place I’d rather be and look so forward to setting that next little gym goal. My favorite exercise just might be squats… it’s hard to choose only one favorite! I really enjoy yoga too!
My indecision, has resulted in a closet of almost all black and white clothing!
If I were a plant, I would surely be bamboo!
You can find me at the ocean during sunsets… I read somewhere to “walk as if your feet are kissing the Earth” and I try to remember to do that.
Dogs! There is just no way they are not some super hairy version of people and I love them!
